Increased number of phishing e-mails to DACHSER customers and partners

Customers and partners of DACHSER currently receive a large number of fake emails, so-called phishing mails, on behalf of the logistics service provider. In this, the fraudsters attempt to target information from customers via an attached PDF file marked as a DACHSER form.

Impact of Red Sea Situation on Market Dynamics
The situation in the Red Sea is not improving in terms of vessel security. The Houthi rebels are expanding their targets in the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden forcing ocean carriers to further adapt and change their network to keep crews and ships save. Effective March 28, 2024, DACHSER has acquired 80 percent of the shares in the joint venture DACHSER & Fercam Italia. This completes its acquisition of the majority of the groupage and contract logistics divisions of the Italian logistics company Fercam.
